Needle-punched nonwovens

is a type of material obtained by mechanically bonding fibers with needles. The needling process involves the penetration of needles through a layer of fibers, which causes them to become entangled and form a permanent connection. Needle-punched nonwovens have different properties depending on the type of fibers used and production techniques.

They are usually durable, durable and have high tear resistance. They also have a good ability to absorb water and breathability, which makes them suitable for applications in the fields of environmental protection, furniture industry, construction, automotive and many others.

Needle-punched nonwovens are widely used in the production of carpets, filter mats, insulation materials, car linings, furniture upholstery, hygienic materials, geosynthetics and other technical products. They are popular for their strength, flexibility and ease of processing.

Spunlace Nonwovens

are produced through a special process called hydroentanglement. In the production of spunlace nonwovens, cellulose fibers, synthetic fibers, or their blends are used. The hydroentanglement process involves directing a high-pressure water jet onto the fibers, causing them to intertwine and form a fabric with exceptional structure.

Spunlace nonwovens are characterized by a soft, delicate, and smooth surface. They are highly absorbent and have excellent heat retention properties. Chemobond nonwovens

They are produced using a chemical fibre binding process. Unlike other methods such as needling or hydrobonding, chemobond nonwovens are created using chemicals that cause the fibers to bond permanently. The production process of chemobond nonwovens involves the application of appropriate chemicals to the fibers and then their activation by applying heat, pressure or other factors. Chemicals such as adhesives or resins react with the fibers to bond together to form a stable structure.

Chemobond nonwovens are characterized by high mechanical strength, dimensional stability and durability.

Nonwoven pes/pet spunbond

They are made of polyester. The production process is similar to that of pp spunbond nonwovens. Polyester fibers are characterized by higher strength and tensile strength compared to polypropylene fibers.

PES Spunbond nonwovens are characterized by a smooth surface and homogeneous structure. They are lightweight, but at the same time durable and tear-resistant. PES spunbond nonwovens also have good resistance to chemicals, which makes them used in various industries
